Both Halls are available for hire either together or individually. By arrangement, the hire will include use of the Kitchen and welfare facilities; together with tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses, tablecloths, etc. If each Hall is hired concurrently by different hirers, the Kitchen may be shared. The logistics of that scenario would be discussed at the time of booking. If you require sole use of the kitchen, both halls need to be hired.
The hire sessions are:
- Morning; 8:00am to 1:00pm
- Afternoon; 1:00pm to 6:00 pm
- Evening; 6:00pm to 11:00pm
These sessions include any time needed for setting up and clearing away at the completion of the function. Hirers are required to leave the Hall in a clean and tidy state as they found it.
